Payment
For online purchases, your credit card will be charged once your order is completed.
In the event of an order cancellation or stock issue, a refund will be issued to your card within 3 business days.
Delivery Process
We strive to ship your orders on the same day. For products that require additional time, delivery preparation may take up to 3 business days, as indicated on the product detail page.
If any delay is expected, you will be informed in advance.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is a location where you can be reached during the day.
Your orders will be processed and prepared based on the delivery option selected at checkout.
Our order processing time is 1–3 business days. Products are shipped from our international warehouse, and delivery time ranges between 6–15 business days. While 90% of orders are delivered within this timeframe, some may arrive within 7–8 days or up to 15–20 days in rare cases.

Note: Delivery services currently apply only within Europe.
Payment Tracking
If the system encounters an issue while processing your payment, you will be notified immediately.
In case of an address error, our team will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
The validity of the email address provided will be confirmed via an automatic message following the order.
We are responsible not only to you, our customer, but also to our payment provider in ensuring the secure delivery of your order.
Delivery Inspection
Please pay attention! Check packages in the presence of the delivery person to ensure there is no damage during shipment.
If you notice any damage, ask the courier to file a damage report and do not accept the delivery.
Once a product is received, the delivery is considered completed by the shipping provider.
If your product is damaged, please email the damage report to info@ossetti.com as soon as possible.
We will begin the replacement process immediately and ensure your item is shipped again quickly.
